Today, this day, has never been before, nor will ever be again. How I navigate through this day is up to me. So I began by indulging myself to sleep until I was done sleeping. Then, to awaken with a glad heart to be alive, alert, and eager for what I can do this day to make a difference in my tiny world within, trusting and believing that I reflect to those around me that which is living within me.
I wake up. I sit up. I get up.
I wrote the above when I first got up….
Fast forward to the end of this day. I have taken in the goings-on in the “X” platform, Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, politics, etc.!…
and I have decide to build my own app with the name of HeartCentral, and have begun to set it up.
I purchased an app builder to walk me through all the required steps (a lot!), and one of the first actions I want to set in place is to ask YOU for support, advice, counsel in what the app will contain, what answers to what questions, and to ask your ideas and opinions on how to proceed.
It’s an adventure!!! I’ve chosen the background color, my cartoon face drawn by Ezra, and a font from those available.
I’m thinking that my first thing I’ll offer on the app is the free 3 Tools-Not-Rules slides of The Withing Way©, which are now available on my website, www.MairAlight.org under the tab FREE TOOLS
I have also set up Meetup Groups with several zoom online on-going, drop-in practice sessions, and also a Seattle in-person group for people to connect, learn, practice.
I’ve hired someone to support my ongoing outreach for contribution and financial sustainability, and really grateful for the expert guidance and support she is already offering to me in our very first working session together.
And amidst all this activity, I’ve begun to play online chess (10 minute games), and am enjoying that immensely. Activates my brain. Anyone want to play online chess with me? It’s free. I can invite you if you want to let me know you have interest. I don’t like playing against robots, and prefer real people. Could be you?!
Seems like a FLURRY (not a ‘fluke’) and I continue ‘onwards and upwards’.
